AfCFTA Campus Connect

In line with achieving the objectives of African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) which aims to create a unified market to promote economic integration and intra- African trade, TECHFARM Hub’s flagship AfCFTA Campus Connect initiative is designed to equip Ghanaian students with practical knowledge,capacity building, mentorships and market linkages in key sectors like agribusiness, ICT, trade, food and nutrition, and the creative arts. Targeting second cycle and tertiary institutions, the initiative seeks to raise awareness and foster a mindset shift  toward economic liberation, self-reliance, and Africa’s potential as a unified economic powerhouse.

AfCFTA Campus Connect seeks to bridge gaps between academia, industry, career development and employment and income generation opportunities for stakeholders especially students and educational institutions. TECHFARM Hub has partnered the National AfCFTA Coordination Officer (NCO) with support collaborating agencies and institutions including the Ghana Education Service (GES), Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), National Youth Authority (NYA), and the United Nations Youth Association-Ghana (UNYA-GH) towards implementation efforts.
